Travis Pitcock received his Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University in 2006.  He started his oilfield career in 2007 with West Texas Gas as a plant operator.  In 2008, he started his chemical career with Multi-Chem in the Southern Rocky Mountains. By 2009, Travis was promoted to Area Manager where he managed accounts with focuses on producing wells, pipeline, water treating, and fracturing.  In 2011, Travis moved back to West Texas to work with an independent chemical provider where he used his experience and knowledge to diversify their portfolio.  In 2016, Travis completed his MBA at Texas Tech University. In April 2017, Travis joined a team to found True Chemical Solutions.  Travis operates as the Chief Executive Officer while also staying very active in technical and sales support for each segment of True-Chem’s operations.

Kelly Gabriel received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 from Angelo State University.  He started his career as a teacher/coach for Midland Lee in 1999 to 2008.  As an assistant coach for the Lee Rebels football team, he was part of one state and one national championship team. From 2008 to 2010, Kelly was corporate sales for Advanced Fabrication Measurement in the Permian Basin. From 2010 to 2017 Kelly was the Corporate Sales Manager at an independent chemical company in Midland. In April 2017, Kelly joined a team to found True Chemical Solutions. He serves the role as President of the company while staying active in Corporate Sales.

Dustin Perry received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in 2009. Throughout high school and college, Dustin worked for his family’s company, Perry Oilfield Electric, based out of the Permian Basin. He was a Teacher/Coach for two years following college before transitioning back to the Oil & Gas industry. In 2011, Dustin began his career in the O&G chemical industry with an independent chemical provider in the Permian Basin. In the next six years, Dustin worked as a Field Technician, Account Representative, Specialty Products Supervisor (Fracs), District Manager (South Permian), and Regional Coordinator. In April 2017, Dustin joined a team to found True Chemical Solutions. Dustin holds the title of Business Development, while assisting in Production Account Management and Specialty Projects.

Tyler Hinrichs graduated from Angelo State University in 2009 with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Range & Wildlife Management.  After college, he worked and managed a hunting and deer breeding ranch before starting his career in the oilfield in 2012. In April 2017, Tyler joined a team to found True Chemical Solutions. He works currently works as the Operation Manager.
